- 4 hours break/fix support from DC Networks engineering team.
- Access to Senior engineer if required (Server, Firewall or security issues).
- Phone, Remote and Onsite included.
- Support Hours: 8:00- 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
- 4-hour response.
* Minimum usage 2 hours per call.
* Cannot be used to migrate or install equipment.
